The Colombian roasts are a blend of beans grown in the Tolima region of the Central Andes. This Arabica coffee is grown at high elevations of 1400-2000 meters above sea level. This coffee is fully washed and processed on the farm. The Farmers handpick and then pulp the cherries to ferment. After the fermentation process, the beans are washed in water and laid to dry in the sun.
Colombian Medium is velvety smooth with fruity caramel notes.
Colombian Dark roast is velvety smooth with notes of chocolate, this is an excellent espresso bean.
The Honduras roast Grown at elevations of 1250-1550 meters above sea level in the western region near the borders of Guatemala and El Salvador. The "Origen San Marcos" is a blend of beans selected from coffees grown on farms located in the Ocotepeque department.
