Our Japanese Sencha comes from Makinohara province of Japan. A flavoursome sencha that undergoes deep steaming, the small leaf produces a smoother, sweeter taste and a cloudy, vibrant green liquor with a grassy aroma. Has savoury umami notes of seaweed and lush green grass.
